The 2nd edition of the Battery Innovation Days took place in Brussels, Belgium on 13-14 of September in a hybrid format.
The event brought together over 250 leading professionals on site and over 650 online, including representatives from the European Commission. It covered various topics from the strategic autonomy for the EU battery value chain to the digital twins for manufacturing. It provided a great opportunity to learn about the latest developments in the field of batteries and the challenges to come ahead.
The Battery Innovation Days really emphasized on the importance to foster dialogues among the Research community, Policy makers, Industry players and end-users to ensure a constructive feedback loop towards the definition of research and innovation priorities in Europe.
HEROES project was present through a virtual booth. The project's objectives and ongoing activities were presented as well as the project’s leaflet and poster. Online attendees were able to visit the HEROES booth and learn more about the project.
